I have been a full time active real estate broker in Toronto since 1980. With nearly 40 years continuous experience - 25 of them as the president of Oxford Real Estate Ltd.- I have developed a comprehensive understanding of Toronto's established neighbourhoods, their merits, possibilities, values, and the evolving nature of the real estate business itself. Experience plays an irreplaceable role in my approach to each project. After 37 years as a real estate company president, and broker, I have participated in many hundreds of real estate negotiations. I understand the critical balance between patience and assertiveness, as well as the importance of fairness, clarity and straightforwardness in the course of negotiating a transaction.
